Pipe arrives by the container load.
Delivery pipe comes into the Glendenning yard by the container. Each length is unloaded, checked and racked by bore and wall before it goes anywhere near the counter.
- In the containerStraight lengths of delivery pipe.
- CheckedBore, wall and end type, matched to the clamp systems on the shelf.
- RackedBy bore, ready for the counter.

HopperWhere the concrete goes in
The agitator hopper takes the load from the truck. Grates, agitator shafts, bearings, seals and wear plates take the punishment.

Piston cups, delivery cylinders, the S-tube or rock valve, wear plate and cutting ring. They wear with every stroke, and the ID plate names them.

OutletFrom the pump to the line
The outlet steps down to the pipeline bore. A reducer that is the wrong size chokes the pour and shows up as pressure.
- Reducers3, 4, 5 in
- Pipe endsBy end type
- Outlet clampsBy end type
PipelinePipe, bends, clamps, gaskets
The line is only as good as its weakest gasket. Sold by bore, wall and end type, or built as a complete pipeline measured for your run.
- Delivery pipe2 to 6 in
- Bends and elbows15 to 90 deg
- Clamps and couplingsBy end type
- Gaskets and rubbersAll bores
End hoseHoses and clean-out
Drop hoses, delivery hoses and container hoses with ends fitted in our workshop. Sponge balls in every bore for the wash-out.
- Delivery and drop hosesFitted or loose
- Container hosesBy bore
- Sponge ballsAll bores
BoomBoom pipe and clamps
The boom carries its own pipeline: 5 in deck and boom pipe in heavier wall, elbows at every knuckle, clamps with safety pins, and the end hose.
- Boom pipe5 in, 4.5 to 7 mm
- Boom elbowsBy make
- Boom clamps and pinsBy end type

The parts counter: what is on the shelf.
Prices are by phone because bores, walls and end types vary, and stock changes daily. Call the counter, or email about any row and we reply with the price.
Start with the bore
| Part | Bores | Spec | End types | Counter note | Contact |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Delivery pipe | 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 in | 2 in to 6 in bore. 3 mm wall for line, 4.5 mm for boom, heavier for static line. Single and twin wall, hardened. | Victaulic, Putzmeister ZX, Schwing metric | Straight lengths and short lengths. Measure the outside diameter and we match the bore. | Email the counter |
| Bends and elbows | 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 in | 15, 30, 45 and 90 degree. Short and long radius. Hopper elbows. | Victaulic, ZX, Schwing | The part that wears first on a long line. Sold by bore and degree. | Email the counter |
| Reducers | 3, 4, 5 in | 5 to 4, 4 to 3, and the outlet reducer for your pump. | To match both ends | A choke at the reducer shows up as pressure and blockages. Bring both bores. | Email the counter |
| Clamps and couplings | 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 in | Snap clamps, bolt clamps, high-pressure clamps with safety pins. | Victaulic, ZX, Schwing | Count the bolts and measure the pipe end. That names the clamp. | Email the counter |
| Gaskets and rubbers | 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 in | Coupling gaskets and seals in every bore and end type. | Victaulic, ZX, Schwing | The cheapest part on the line and the one that stops the biggest mess. | Email the counter |
| Delivery and drop hoses | 2, 3, 4, 5 in | End hoses, drop hoses and container hoses. Ends fitted in the workshop. | Fitted to your clamp system | Bring the old hose or the end fitting and the length you need. | Email the counter |
| Piston cups and rams | By model | Pump-end wear parts by make and model. | By pump model | Have the make, the model and the cylinder bore from the ID plate ready. | Email the counter |
| Wear plates and cutting rings | By model | S-tube and rock valve wear parts by make and model. | By pump model | Photograph the ID plate on the pump and we match it. | Email the counter |
| Hopper grates and agitator parts | By model | Grates, agitator shafts, bearings and seals. | By pump model | Ask by make and model. | Email the counter |
| Sponge balls and clean-out | 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 in | Cleaning balls in every bore, plus clean-out accessories. | Any | Sold by bore. | Email the counter |
| Bolts, pins and fasteners | By model | High tensile fasteners for clamps, outriggers and boom sections. | Any | Stocked at the counter. | Email the counter |
| Complete pipelines | 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 in | Pipe, bends, clamps and gaskets as a set, measured for your run. | To match your pump | Made to order in the workshop for long runs and high-rise. | Email the counter |
